One-on-one coaching for T1D

Our 1-on-1 coaching is unique in a way because it's led by a Type 1 Diabetic who has successfully managed her condition, reducing her daily insulin intake to 6 units (Lantus) daily for basal and 9-10 units daily (Humalog) for all meal boluses while staying in range 85%+ of the time.

All of this NOT by avoiding carbs but through a balanced diet. Actually, diet is just a small part of the equation. It's a foundation on which we build everything that follows.

In our 1-on-1 programm, we'll delve into eating habits and other areas of your life, exercise, sleeping habits, emotional well-being, daily routines and your energy levels. We aim not only to identify these challenges but also to craft a sustainable and effective personalized plan for you, to tackle them head-on.
